This year, the 5th edition of the Shopper Brain Conference in Europe will take place in Amsterdam on October 5-6, 2017 and it will provide opportunities for participants to network with peers, gain new in-field contacts and engage in collaborative discussions with the largest neuromarketing network in the world.

Linking the passion for science with marketing, Buyer Brain will be part of it with a new subject about Customer Effort, a concept approached from 2 perspectives: a customer conscious mindset and their non-conscious attitudes and emotions.

His role was to create and implement the processes by which educational content is identified by country, originated and organized for developing a POPAI Global Educational standard for all POPAI Education programs.
